David Menna

After earning a business degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, David Menna got his start in mortgage lending with industry leader Wells Fargo & Company in San Diego, California. He moved quickly to a management position with Baxter Health Care Credit Union in Deerfield, Illinois where he built and developed Baxter's mortgage program to more than $200 million in annual loan volumes. "Baxter's 'Zero Defect Environment', where customer service comes first, was the best total quality management training I could have received," says Menna. 

Over the past 15 years, the mortgage industry has grown more and more complex, and homebuyers have become more confused and frustrated. David could see that by focusing on providing personal attention, helping each client to understand the mortgage process, and by treating each one with respect and fairness, he could make home purchasing and refinancing a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Since opening the doors of Independent Mortgage Associates in 1993, thousands of people in Georgia and nationwide have been satisfied. Referrals, in fact, are now the biggest part of IMA's business.
